Adam Alexander Joins Monument as Financial Planning & Analyst Mgr – and Jeff Gould Accepts New Role as Commercial Finance Business Performance Mgr

Monument Team,

I am pleased to announce some exciting enhancements to the Monument Financial team. Adam Alexander has joined the company as Financial Planning & Analyst Manager on July 16, 2018. In this role, Adam will report to me, and will be responsible for leading key business projects and identifying and implementing opportunities for growth and efficiencies using financial data market, customer and industry data.

Adam brings over a decade of financial expertise to the team. He most recently served as Financial Planning & Analysis Project Manager for CF Industries Holdings, Inc. He joined CF Industries in 2012 and held positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Financial Analyst, Commercial Manager, and Business Analyst. Prior to that, he held financial roles at PwC (Formerly Diamond Management & Technology Consultants) and T. Rowe Price. Adam earned a Bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College.

In addition, Jeff Gould, currently Accounting Manager, has accepted a new role as Commercial Finance Business Performance Manager, effective July 1, 2018. Jeff will report to Adam and will provide analytical support and oversight to key business projects.

Prior to joining Monument in 2014, Jeff served in a range of accounting and finance roles for companies like Stanley Black & Decker and Herff Jones. He earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Indiana University and his MBA in Accounting fromIndiana Wesleyan University.
