Organizational Announcement - Brian Davis and Allie Greenwood

April 24th, 2019

Monument Team,

I am pleased to announce the following organizational changes for Monument Chemical Kentucky.

Effective immediately, Brian Davis has been appointed to Production Superintendent for the Pilot Plant, POP, Micro, and WWT. In this role, Brian will be responsible for the safe operation of these 4 key areas of our facility. Brian started his career at this site in August 1988. During his 30 year career Brian has gained extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of the site, including as R&D Manager and most recently for complete responsibility for the Pilot Plant. In his role as Production Superintendent Brian will remain reporting directly to me. We appreciate Brian’s willingness to take on this next challenge.

Also effective immediately, Allie Greenwood has been appointed as the Safety Process Engineer to replace Rachael Flaherty, who recently announced she will be leaving Monument Chemical.  Allie will be assuming responsibilities and play a leadership role in facilitating all process safety improvements using her previous direct process safety and production experience. Allie joined Monument Chemical April 2012 and has held several positions with increasing levels of responsibility within most all production areas. Allie will also remain reporting directly to me.

Please join me in congratulating Brian and Allie on their new roles, and please extend your usual cooperation and support during this time of transition.

Lastly, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rachael Flaherty for all of her professional efforts that she has provided to Monument Chemical.

We wish Rachael the very best in all of her future endeavors.

Thank you,

Freddy Rivera-Diaz

Site Leader
