Mark Graham Joins Monument as Human Resources Manager, Brandenburg

Monument Team,

I am pleased to announce that Mark Graham has joined Monument as Human Resources (HR) Manager for the Brandenburg site on September 10. Mark will replace Shana Seng, who elected to resign from Monument in August. Mark will report directly to me and will be responsible for driving functional excellence for the Brandenburg businesses and site, including delivering people and organizational results aligned with the business plan.

Mark brings to the role extensive experience in leading effective organizational development and employee relations initiatives for diverse workforces in multiple locations. Prior to joining Monument, he served as HR Manager for Nissan in North America, where he developed and implemented positive, effective employee relations strategies for Nissan and supplier operations. Mark has also held HR positions of increasing responsibility at AM/NS Calvert (formerly ThyssenKrupp Steel USA) and Honda Manufacturing of Alabama.
