Deb Gross Joins the Category Purchasing Team as Purchasing Manager

Dear Monument Team, 

I am pleased to announce that Deb Gross has joined the Category Purchasing team as Purchasing Manager, reporting to me effective immediately.  In this role, Deb will be responsible for North American strategic sourcing activities in MRO, capital equipment, catalyst and packaging spaces.  Deb will be working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Supplier teams to align purchasing activities with the business goals.

Deb brings extensive experience in purchasing for the MRO, capital equipment, and commodity spaces with a cost optimization mindset.  Prior to joining Monument, Deb worked for Whirlpool as a Senior Sourcing Specialist, where she developed supplier negotiation strategies to deliver on significant cost savings.  Prior, she held various roles at Siemens from procuring capital equipment to supplier quality management. 

Deb earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
